This policy explains how subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and when refunds are available.
The 24/7 simulator is free. You can use it without a paid subscription and without providing payment details.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the interval shown at checkout (e.g. monthly) and renew automatically until you cancel. You can see your plan and manage billing from your account settings via the billing portal.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period, after which the account reverts to the free plan. We do not prorate or refund the unused portion of a period except where required by law or stated below.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off period (for example, the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal), you may be entitled to a refund of a recent charge, subject to that law. Outside statutory rights, we may offer a refund at our discretion for a duplicate charge or a verified billing error.
Because trading outcomes depend on the markets and your own settings, subscription fees are not refundable on the basis of trading losses or performance.
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and the plan fee is charged. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Contact us with your account email and the charge in question, and we will respond promptly. We process approved refunds to the original payment method via our payment provider.
